Apple Pie

Yeah, yeah, yeah....everyone posts pics of pie and food all throughout the Thanksgiving holiday. But. In my defense I haven't actually made a pie for several years.
I cheated and used pre-made crust. Then several apples - Fuji, Granny Smith and Macintosh. Tossed those with 3/4 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of brown sugar and a tsp or so of lemon juice. Then added cinnamon when putting the apple mix into the pie plate.
